Delete your TokenQ account

Deleting your account removes it for your mobile number, including every family member on that number.

What is deleted

• Your profile and every family member on your mobile number
• Uploaded prescriptions (photos and PDF files)
• Bookmarked doctors, notification alerts and sign-in codes
• Tokens still waiting today are cancelled

What is kept

Past tokens stay in the clinic's daily records without your name, age or mobile number, so the clinic's reports stay correct. This cannot be undone.

How to delete

1. In the TokenQ app: open the menu (⋮) → Delete my account.
2. On the website: sign in as a patient, open the menu with your name → Delete account, or come back to this page after signing in.
